Order Processing

All Blake’s Makes products are lovingly handmade in Wales.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. As many of our products are handmade in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary during particularly busy periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation where available.

UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom using the delivery options available at checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including delays with postal or courier services.

Delivery Address

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to amend the address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will help investigate the delivery.

Please allow for possible delays during busy periods, bank holidays and adverse weather.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, please provide photographs of the damaged item and its packaging so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

International Delivery

International delivery availability may vary and will be shown at checkout where available.

Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local delivery services.
